Year round rentals available for this Tahoe Donner Lodgette. Located in the fabulous Tahoe Donner resort area, just above Truckee, this lodgette is centrally located for all of your vacation needs. During winter, ski into the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort or take to the many miles of cross country trails in the area. Great for families with children or beginner skiers. For more advanced skiers, Northstar, Alpine, Squaw Valley, and Sugar Bowl are just 15 - 25 minutes away. During the spring, summer, and fall enjoy the many lakes, rivers, hiking, and biking trails that the Tahoe area has to offer.

This condo sleeps up to 4 adults plus a top bunk that is perfect for a child. The kitchenette comes equipped with a small refrigerator & freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, large sink with garbage disposal, dishes and utensils, and a private bathroom. There is cable TV, a DVD player, a stereo with CD and tape player, and lots of toys and books for children. Building amenities include use of the cozy lobby with a large fireplace and cable TV. Tahoe Donner facilities open to renters during the summer months include the pool, golf course and equestrian center.

Winter rate (Dec. 1 through April 30):

Weekends: $250 for Fri & Sat; $175 for Fri or Sat (1 night)

Weekdays: $145 for 1 night; $210 for 2 nights; $275 for 3 nights

$340 for 4 nights; $405 for 5 nights $625 for a full week (7 nights)

Summer rate (May 1 through Nov. 30):

Weekends: $210 for Fri & Sat; $145 for Fri or Sat (1 night)

Weekdays: $130 for 1 night; $190 for 2 nights; $250 for 3 nights

$310 for 4 nights; $370 for 5 nights $525 for a full week (7 nights)

(Holidays: add $20 per night)
