Half Day Natural Science Camps

Children grades K - 4 in the fall can join us for an unforgetable week learning about our amazing collection of reptiles, amphibians, insects, arachnids, and much more! We will have lessons about dinosaurs, birds of prey, pond life, ocean creatures, and many others.

Camp is from 9:30 - 12:30 each day at the museum.

Week 1: July 8 - 12 $175 per child

Week 2: July 29 - August 2 $175 per child

($150 when enrolling with a sibling or friend)

Week 3: August 12 - 15 (4 days only) $140 per child

($120 when enrolling with a sibling or friend)

FULL DAY ADVENTURE CAMPS

Join me, Mr. C, and my assistants for some awesome adventures! Camp meets at 9 am at the museum and then we travel to our destination in our 15 passenger adventure van. Your children will have a blast as they learn about the natural world and make new friends!

Early drop-off (8:30am) & late pick-up (5pm) is available for an additional $15 per child per day ($75 for the whole week)

Week 1 June 17 - 20 World Wildlife Week

(*4 days only*) $375 per child **FULL**

San Francisco Zoo; Oakland Zoo; CuriOdyssey Nature Center at Coyote Point State Park; Tilden Park Nature Center, Little Farm, and Lake Anza swim (2 lifeguards on duty at Lake Anza at all times) & ice cream with parental permission.

Week 2 July 8 - 12 The Forest! $450 per child

Point Reyes Hike & Bear Valley Visitor Center; Samuel P. Taylor State Park Redwoods Hike & Creek Exploration; Muir Woods Redwoods Hike; Armstrong Redwoods State Park; Tilden Park Nature Center, Little Farm, & Lake Anza swim & ice cream! Grades 1 - 6

Week 3 July 15 - 19 Oceans & Beaches!

$450 per child

Marine Mammal Center & Rodeo Beach Exploration; Bodega Beach & Headlands Exploration; Duxbury Reef Tide Pools & Bolinas Beach; China Camp State Park Hike & Beach Exploration; Land's End Hike to Mile Rock Beach along the SF Coastal Trail. Grades 2 - 8

Week 4 July 22 - 26 Science & Space!

$500 per child

Exploratorium; Hiller Aviation Museum (San Carlos); Lawrence Hall of Science (for Wild Wednesday Fun Day); Chabot Space & Science Center; S.F. Bay Model & Nike Missile Site Tour (Marin Headlands) Grades 3 - 8

Week 5 July 29 - Aug 2 Sea & Land Treks!

$550 per child

Sea Kayaking (Richardson Bay); Angel Island Adventure Hike & Beach Play; Paddle Boarding (Richardson Bay); Mt. Wittenberg (Pt Reyes) or Mt. Tamalpias Hike; Relax on Friday at Tilden Park, Little Farm, & Lake Anza swim & ice cream! Grades 4 - 8

Week 6 August 12 - 16 Reach for the Sky!

$575 per child

Trapeze Pro (Sonoma); Cal Adventures Ropes Course Adventure (UC Berkeley); Rock Wall Climbing at Planet Granite (SF); House of Air with bonus Big Air Pro Training Session; Tilden Park, Little Farm, Lake Anza swim & ice cream!

Last 2 days of Summer Vacation! Aug 19 & 20

I'll put together 2 more fun-filled days for the children. last year we went paddle boarding in Sausalito on one of these days and went cruising on the paddle boats at Stowe Lake in Golden Gate Park on the other day.
