Our museum is available on Monday through Friday between 9 am and 12 noon for classroom field trips.  Children can work together in small groups as they tour the museum and take notes along the way.  Exhibits include astronomy, planet earth (geology, volcanoes, weather), ancient life, oceans life, arthropods (insects, arachnids and their relatives), amphibians, reptiles, dinosaurs, mammals, and birds of prey.

1 Hour - $6 per Child

2 Hours - $10 per Child

3 Hours- $13 per Child

Don't wish to leave your school?  We will be happy to visit your classroom with some of our animals and spend an hour (or longer) teaching about each one.

1 Hour - $8 per Child

2 Hours - $12 per Child

3 Hours - $15 per Child

We also offer guided outdoor hiking field trips on the many wonderful trails in Novato.  We can customize the outing to fit your class needs.  Both options provide a great addition to your school's science curriculum.          

3 Hours - $15 per Child                              

There is no charge for teachers or parent chaperones for any of our school programs.
